[Mozilla Enterprise] browser.migration.version

More info about the issue: if I revert the value of
browser.migration.version from 66 to 22 the problem with the tabs
reappears. Changing again from 22 to 66 make it go away but exhibits a
page saying that there was a problem restoring pages from last session
(bellow, in Portuguese):
