[Mozilla Enterprise] Mozilla Survey or Phishing/Attack Attempt?

FYI, I looked into this and it appeared to be related to a
support.mozilla.org survey when you put in your email address.

There was a bug that caused a lot of emails to go out today (when they
should have gone out when the question was first asked).
