Ok. Good. But this sound me a bit strange that /SetAsDefaultAppGlobal
set FIREFOX.EXE and /SetAsDefaultAppUser set FIREFOX-<HASH>...

This is true, computer default probably is used only for new users on
that computer, so a 'user setup' (with logon scripts) is practically
always needed...
