[Mozilla Enterprise] windows 10 ProgId change with new version of Firefox

I've done some tests, with 60.2.0 ESR (on Win64).

But if i run:

	"%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe" /SetAsDefaultAppGlobal

still the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet' key
have the value:

	FIREFOX.EXE

while effectively the tree
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet\Firefox-308046B0AF4A39CB'
get created.


What i'm missing?! Thanks.
