Firefox 60.2.0 ESR is giving me the error “Failed to read the configuration file. Please contact your system administrator.” Which worked in ESR 52.9.0
And when I try to install the CCK2 wizard on firefox 60.2.0 ESR there error is “CCK2 Wizard could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 60.2.0
Any help would be appreciated.

CCK2 should work on ESR 60. If you are having a specific problem, you can open an issue here:
https://github.com/mkaply/cck2wizard
We have introduced policy support starting with Firefox 60 as well:

Dear all,
I understand that CCK2 does not support the current version Firefox 60ESR, atleast it’s not running on my installation.
Do you now manage configuration for your business via the newly(?) built-in autoconfiguration?
