[Mozilla Enterprise] Responsive Design Mode in FF60 ESR not working?

Hello all,

I today got the response from some of my colleagues that the Responsive Design Mode (Ctrl + Shift + M)
will not work and only shows a blank screen in Firefox 60 ESR.

I can reproduce this on all of my machines (Windows 10 64Bit, Windows 7 32Bit + 64Bit) with different FF60 ESR version installed, 60.1.0, 60.2.0 and 60.2.1 in 32Bit and also 60.2.0 and 60.2.1 in 64Bit.

Website is completely loaded (looks likes Inspector and Debugger) but the screens stays blank, It is also not possible to disable the Responsive Design Mode.

Can anyone reproduce this or have some thoughts what causes this?
