[Mozilla Enterprise] ADMX 1.1 error messages

I have replaced the 1.0 ADMX and ADML files with version 1.1. But when I open the gpedit.msc I get an error message:

Expected one of the following possible element(s), <policy>, but found <policies> instead.

File c:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\firefox.admx, line 52, column 14

Is anybody else seeing something like this?

Am I doing something wrong?
