[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR 60.3.0 Released

Hello everybody,

i have downloaded the new policy template for Firefox 63 and 60.3 from GitHub.
https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/releases

Unfortunately, I had to notice that the change date from the mozilla.admx from the policy template v1.3 is March 1, 2018.
The mozilla.admx from version 1.2 has a newer date (May 1, 2018).
Is this a mistake in version 1.3 or was there a fall-back to the older version from the Mozilla.admx?
