[Mozilla Enterprise] [FF ESR 60.2.0] very frequent "Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site" warning message

That indicates a DNS issue.
On a machine where this happens, Can you open the network console
(Ctrl+Shift+E)
Then do a reload and see if there is more detail on the error?
