[Mozilla Enterprise] policies.json file deleting upon firefox upgrade

Hello,

Has anyone else noticed or experienced an occurrence where updating Firefox deletes the policies.json file from the distributions directory (in the Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution\policies.json)?

I've recently been testing this out by manually adding the policies.json file into version 60.2 and updating to 60.3 but when I check in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution\policies.json, it disappears and I need to put it back in manually. On a side note, I've tested to see whether or not the same issue occurs upgrading from 52.8 to 60.2 and it seems to exist as well.

Is this behavior abnormal? If not then is there a way around this to have the policies.json stay on the browser?
