[Mozilla Enterprise] en-CA

I just noticed there's an "en-CA" installer for the regular release, but I can't find one for the ESR.  Is this to be expected?

What does the Canadian installer do differently than the US one?  Is it Canadian English spellings for the UI?  A different default pref for "intl.accept_languages"?  A dictionary extension?
