[Mozilla Enterprise] Documentation of new Policy feature

All of the policies are documented, they just aren't documented well. :)
What you were asking for is better documentation (which I am working on).

A quick read through this file:

Gives all the information on what the various policies do, and it's what
I'm using as the basis for my documentation.
