[Mozilla Enterprise] Allow web push notifications for intranet only

I am new to this list so hello to everybody.


I want to allow a single intranet site to send push notifications. I 
managed to give the permission using nsIPermissionManager's add method. 
But how can I forbid all other websites to send push notifications, so 
that the user is not asked? It would be great if there was a setting in 
about:config for that.
