[Mozilla Enterprise] Bug in intl.accept_languages?

I don’t think the problem is with CCK2 because it’s working fine with Firefox 52 ESR. In 60.0.0, if I added a value in the UI, it was added and all the list was sudently showed. I’ve updated to 60.0.1 and now I got this other behavior.

Cck2.cfg
    "intl.accept_languages": {
      "value": "fr-ca, fr, fr-fr, en-us, en"
    },

If I go to google.ca, I do get google in english instead of french

Computer is running Windows 10 Ent in French Canada.

Can you look at the browser console and see if there is an error?

Also, can you post the exact snippet from the CCK2?

When I try to add any language, it doesn’t add it to the list like it should and it stay blank like this. The value here are set default, not locked.
