[Mozilla Enterprise] Bug in intl.accept_languages?

Hello,

                I'm using CCK2 autoconfig to configure intl.accept_language to « fr-ca,fr,fr-fr,en-us,en ». When I check into about :config, all seems good :

But in the UI in the options under language selection, I get this :

When I try to add any language, it doesn't add it to the list like it should and it stay blank like this. The value here are set default, not locked.
