[Mozilla Enterprise] Policies (w/GPO) feedback and questions

There have been requests for bookmarks to be located somewhere else, but
since history and bookmarks are intertwined, it's not as easy as it was a
long time ago.

And you're right, the downside to pointing to one directory for everything
is that roaming and local are combined. I don't know of a way around this.
