[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox Quantum add-ons Signature required

Even I set "xpinstall.signatures.required" to false...I'm getting an error stating that the add-on is not verified and can't be installed.

I thought the pref you need is xpinstall.signatures.required ?
What happens if you set that to false ?
