[Mozilla Enterprise] Using Firefox For Local Commercial Purpose

The easiest way to do this is to use policies:

https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/README.md

To allow the domains you need for camera and microphone access.

As far as hiding the popup goes, this article provides updated instructions
to change userChrome.css in the latest version of Firefox
