[Mozilla Enterprise] Firefox ESR Launching websites after Refresh

Hi,

The issue is getting fixed if we made below as per "
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1155656"

*browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2. set to "False"*

Does this change will affect browser?
