Hey, remember this reading group?<br>

I just started reading "The Year Without Pants" by Scott Berkun, and
I'd love to read it along with other Mozillians. It's about the
author's experience becoming one of the first managers at
(previously manager-free) Automattic, the company that develops
WordPress and WordPress.com. Automattic is a distributed company
that builds on open source software, using IRC, blogs, and Skype to
stay in touch. Since there aren't that many organizations like
Mozilla out there, it's really interesting to get a peek into
another one. And Berkun's writing is clear and entertaining, too.<br>
