Yes, train-70 with Hapi 14 is 20% lower request throughput than the
previous train with Hapi 8.<br>
In production, the difference is not as much, since due to changes
in actual request patterns, the <br>
load test in stage was doing much more request polling, and was
basically pinning one core to <br>
100%.<br>
