I am not sure about it, but I think you will need to setup a
TokenServer that will give access to your client to the syncserver.<br>

In the <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="about:config">about:config</a>, you will need to change:
services.sync.tokenServerURI<br>
<br>
If you want to use LDAP, why would you deploy a Firefox Account
service?<br>
Why not plugging LDAP to the token server directly?<br>
