[dev-addons] WebExtensions Product Management Changes

Hello All,

I'd like to announce some team changes in the add-ons ecosystem. Until
recently, Mike Conca has been successfully leading the product efforts
around the WebExtensions API. As he is transitioning to another team, I
am taking over his role as the Product Manager for WebExtensions. I'd
like to thank Mike for bringing the WebExtensions API where it is today.
I'm looking forward to follow in his footsteps, continuing to make
Firefox a strong, stable platform for add-on developers to innovate and
users to enjoy.

Some of you may know me from the add-ons review team, or my volunteer
activities with Thunderbird. I've been involved with the Mozilla
community since 2006, which has given me a good amount of history on the
technical evolution of the Mozilla Platform and the decisions made
around it.

I'll be monitoring this list and other communication channels for
feedback, if you have any questions feel free to reach out.
