Adding our existing self-served add-on to the Mozilla Store

You have to upload a new version, and change the 'where to host this
version' to 'on this site'.  If you do then after uploading it will be
auto-approved within 5 minutes.  A review may be carried out after the
approval and you may be contacted with any concerns/problems.
