Question: "Add-on URL" when i publish webextension

Hello,
I have some question about "Add-on URL".

When I publish my webextension and edit information in this page
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/tooltip-dic/edit,
i want to register my "add-on url" to
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tooltip-dictionary/.

The error message says "*This slug is already in use. Please choose
another.".*
But https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tooltip-dictionary/ is
404 page.
So now, i registered just
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tooltip-dic/ sadly.


Is there any way i register my extension to
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tooltip-dictionary/ ??
