I think a better approach might be to rewrite it as:
7. Racism. Here a Mozillian judges or discriminates another basing on their physical appearance, skin colour, culture, mental/psychological aptitude, disability, etc. or bases on these for prejudice. This is very sensitive and should be handled seriously.

I have one suggestion, if I may. I notice the racism section comments how serious a problem this is. I agree absolutely. The sexism section does not say this. Actually, now that I look at it again, i see that the section is titled "Sexual Assualt" which is about as serious as one can get. So my suggestion is to note the seriousness of both. And as I right this, I wonder if there should be a section about "gender discrimination" in addition to the actual assault section. Otherwise it could be read to mean assualt is ad, but discriminaton against women is OK. Please be assureed know this is not the intent, I'm thinking of people reading this without knowing the people involved.
