Hello Robert -

I hope you’ve been well.

We are looking for a FT Faculty member in Web to join our team and help 
build the program.  If you know anyone who may be interested, please ask 
them to submit their application and resume by the end of this week. 
We’re looking under all rocks for our new faculty member.  We need 
someone passionate about helping expose more students to IT.

Below is a description of the position but most important is their (1) 
technical ability in front and back end web development and (2) some 
teaching experience. Because of all the program development work that 
we’re doing to build our program, leadership ability and excitement 
about building a new program would be valued as well.

Thank you for any help you can provide.  We’re looking for someone great 
to join our team.


*Faculty – Computer Science / Web Development**-**WIL0000215*

·Minimum of Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related 
discipline is required.

·Advanced level knowledge across multiple operating systems and end-user 

·Advanced level knowledge of coding and program design in multiple 
languages and platforms.

·Advanced level knowledge in web development and design principles with 
demonstrated expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby and Client 
and Server side development.

·Demonstrated skill in teaching computer science concepts to students in 
various modalities (face to face, hybrid, online).

·Demonstrated skill teaching computer science concepts to students at 
different ability levels.

·Experience in developing innovative computer science curriculum at the 
college level.

·Minimum of one year of community college and/or university teaching 

·Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills.
